Hours of Operation
I joined NRG4Life in February of 2014; I feel the positive energy from trying my best every time I go to the gym. The staff are truly great and always accommodating so I can work at my level and often motivate me to push a little harder! As a working Mom of 2 busy teenagers, I balance working out at the gym with many other activities. I try to be a positive role model to my children and show them small changes can truly make a difference. NRG4Life has been vital in doing this by encouraging me to attend 3 or 4 times each week. The results have paid off! I sleep better, choose healthy food options and have lost 15 pounds. I am grateful for the friendly staff that greets me and enjoy the variety of excellent classes. My wife originally was the one who booked an appointment for the two of us to come in and speak with the staff at NRG 4 Life! I was told by my doctor that I was prediabetic and was concerned for my health. I needed to lose weight and change my lifestyle. Back then I was a XXL and now I’m a Medium or Large! There’s no turning back now as I’ve made the gym part of my weekly routine.
I started off with some personal training which gave me the tools to learn the exercises properly. I tweaked what I was eating and started prioritizing myself which brought down my stress level and the weight started coming off. The fact that I feel comfortable at NRG 4 Life makes it easier to keep going. The staff are always friendly and when I look around I see others like myself – well all ages shapes and sizes really! Thank you Terry, Sarah and your caring team for getting me back on track – my energy and strength is better than it’s been in years!Bob T.
