My reasons for joining can be found in the years I attended university, where I began to gain weight in regards to my studying habits late at night. I have lost weight in the past and have gained it back within the year again if not, even more weight. This time, it has been different. This March it will be four years I have kept off my weight. I lost 90 lbs and the most I have gained is 8 lbs over the past four years and that is after having four medical setbacks/surgeries….Tara R
