Brenda has been involved in the fitness industry for over 30 years and has taken various programs and certifications. She loves to share her knowledge with her clients and classes.
Brenda is certified in CFP Group Fitness, CFP Personal Training, CFP Nutrition and Wellness, Spinning and is a graduate of the Fitness Leadership Program at Seneca College and a Stott Pilates Mat/Reformer instructor.
She most recently became a Master Trainer for the Bender Ball Method. Brenda’s specialties include The Bender Ball, core conditioning, muscle conditioning, Pilates and spinning classes.
