Cardio Chisel Level 1-2: This class covers it all – cardio, muscle conditioning and core work. This total body workout is the perfect low impact workout at a little lower intensity.
Cardio & Muscle Interval: A variety of cardio tools like step, Bosu or just plain ‘ol body resistance is used combined with strength training all performed in an interval format. This total body workout is the perfect addition to your classes! Each class is full of variety to keep you super motivated. Lots of options will be given.
Cardio, Stretch & Strength: Approx. 15-20 min’s of each of these 3 formats, all blending smoothly to leave you feeling rejuvenated (both body and mind), limbered and stretched out while working the whole body!
Express Cardio Interval: A time crunching 30 min. energetic interval class to get that blood pumping! Sometimes the workout will be bodyweight exercises, and other times we will use various fun tools like the Bosu. This class will be full of variety to keep you engaged and motivated! Various options will be given for each exercise.
Express Strictly Core!: This class will give you waaay more effective (and fun!) exercises to the basic crunch. We will wake up our deep abdomen muscles and also the various stabilizers of the back. Everyone welcome! Modifications shown throughout.
Flow Yoga: This class is a combination of Vinyasa flow style yoga fused with more dynamic Hatha Yoga Poses. Breathing and relaxation practices encourage peace of mind and inner balance. Yoga is for everyone – no flexibility required! Bring your own yoga props if you would like.
Muscle Conditioning: An upbeat muscle strength and endurance class that will challenge all muscle groups using a variety of equipment from Bosu, stability ball, weights and medicine ball.
Pilates Barre: A mindful low impact class which blends elements of Pilates and The Barre conditioning resulting in increased core strength, flexibility, posture and body awareness. Both formats focus on the core as well as thigh and glute work, however, you’ll be surprised at how the arms are also incorporated. The class is a combination of both standing as well as mat work. Various equipment is used.
Spin/Express Spin: Group cycling is a great cardio workout and awesome lower body conditioner. Your instructor will take you on a great cycling journey with lots of options given to accommodate all levels.
