Maggy has been in the fitness industry and certified since 2004. She is passionate and sincere with her love for fitness and educating others. She enjoys inspiring people to recognize the importance of health and wellness.
Maggy’s energy is contagious. She embraces the challenge of motivating others to recognize their abilities and potential. She has taught a variety of fitness classes at a number of facilities over the past several years and brings her experience to classes such as yoga, spinning, cardio, Pilates, muscle strengthening, step, and working with older adults.
Maggy shares with others her “Work Smarter, Not longer” philosophy. She is a first-hand believer in “It’s never too late to go after something you want, and you can always accomplish something you put your mind to – we are all capable of it!”.
Maggy is a mom of two active boys and her personal interests include cycling, hiking, squash, tennis, baseball, running, reading and cooking.
