CERTIFIED YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Influenced by her teachers, peers, environment and personal life experiences Mandy aims to bring a unique sense of empowerment to each of her classes. She has completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training and enjoys sharing many styles of flow and ashtanga yoga.
Through intention, breathing and postures/stretches (asana) her goal is to have everyone leave each class feeling refreshed and renewed. Mandy teaches in a way that provokes thought and meaning, letting the participant experience for themselves through careful planning and observation. Her classes will challenge and motivate all levels physically and mentally.
