Mary is a Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor. She began teaching mind/body fitness classes 17 years ago with the NIA Technique. After developing a deeper yoga practice of her own she went to the U.S. to complete her Yoga For Health training in 2000.
She has continued to pursue professional development taking teacher intensives in many yoga styles including Vinyasa and Yin, incorporating variety in postures, breath work and relaxation in her flowing classes.
Mary believes mindful movement is the key to a healthy lifestyle and enjoys teaching classes that are fun and empowering.
