I am loving my NRG meal plans in the “Get on Track” program. As a bonus, my husband decided to follow along and is enjoying the food and benefiting too! I did my coaching session virtually and it went really well.I am pleasantly surprised with the amount of food in the meal plans. I’m feeling both satisfied and energized.
I just reached a new weight that I hadn’t seen for the first time in a yr. Thank you for getting me “back on track”. I realized after our virtual coaching session that I had let a lot of things slide. I’m feeling excited and so much better following the easy to follow structure. It’s not rigid and the recipes are delish! My new favourite is the slow cooker lasagna.
My body image is changing and cellulite is disappearing even my arms are looking nicer so I along with the NRG virtual classes, I will keep at it because it’s not really about the weight but about feeling good.
My skin looks better too and I have that spark back in my face too!
PS, Last night I cooked spiral butternut squash with lemon garlic rosemary and parmesan chicken…I was in Heaven!!

For over 4 years I have been able to keep off the 90 lbs I lost, until COVID hit. I was no longer working out at the gym, stress was at it’s highest and I feel off track.I was super excited when the gym opened back up. However, I was having a hard time getting rid of my COVID 10 lb gain. I have found weight loss really hard since my hysterectomy a year ago as well so I thought NRG 4 Life’s “Get on Track” might be what I need.
I love the menu’s Sarah has prepared for me. I am eating all the right foods again. I have found I am actually eating a lot more than I was before. That was probably part of my problem.
I have had one personal training session from Sarah so far and I loved the fact she told me no to an exercise I wanted to do because she said it would decompress my spine too much and what I need is to decompress my spine and she was able to give me other exercises that will give me the same results.
I am thrilled to report after 1 week I lost 1.5 lbs. The program reinforces weight loss is just one measure of success. My increased energy along with balanced moods are other benefits I am enjoying! I just needed to Get Back on Track. Thanks Sarah!!!

This program has helped me feel healthy both inside! The meal plans are EASY to follow with delicious recipes, even my boyfriend is enjoying them too!
