NRG 4 Life’s Nutrition Coaching program includes:
– 4 simple weekly nutritional plans that are outlined in an easy to understand and follow format ie. meal by meal, day by day
– daily recipes that are easy to prepare and used in multiple days
– shopping list
– 1 x 30 min 1 on 1 in person or virtual nutrition consultation to review plan.
– 3 x 30 min personal training sessions (in person OR virtual).
– initial base point measurements and/or weigh in option as well as a 4 week follow up assessment. Scales and measurements are simply ONE measure of success.
We believe change starts in the mind which in turn fuels our thoughts to create actions which translates into results!
