NRG 4 Life Nutrition Coaching with Certified Nutritional Coach (CFP NWLC, PTS, FIS), Sarah Terrion

Eat right for your overall health and energy level, not just for a week!
– No calorie counting required!
– Our plans are sustainable, encouraging lifestyle changes.
– This is NOT a diet, it’s modifying our diet.
– Our focus is on sharing the reasoning why certain foods make better choices and is based on balancing our blood sugar levels for energy, to create healthy brain chemistry and to better level our hormones.  The result is a healthier body from the inside out!
– We believe there are no forebidden foods, just better food choices made more often.
– Our meals are created for busy folks and can be easily adapted for families.

Option 1 – “Get on Track”  NRG 4 Life’s Nutrition & Personal Training Coaching Program:
– 1 x 60 min 1 on 1 nutrition consultation to review plan(in person OR virtual).
– 3 x 30 min personal training sessions (in person OR virtual).
– 2 simple weekly nutritional plans that are outlined in an easy to understand and follow format ie. meal by meal, day by day
– daily recipes that are easy to prepare and used in multiple days
– shopping list
– initial base point measurements and/or weigh in option as well as a 4 week follow up assessment. Scales and measurements are simply ONE measure of success.
– Bonus Supplementary Handouts:  NRG’s 11 Steps to Success & Serving Size Recommendations.
Cost: $239 + HST (SAVINGS of $20) for members. $259 + HST (SAVINGS of $20) for non-members.

I am loving my NRG meal plans in the “Get on Track” program. As a bonus, my husband decided to follow along and is enjoying the food and benefiting too! I did my coaching session virtually and it went really well.

I am pleasantly surprised with the amount of food in the meal plans. I’m feeling both satisfied and energized.

I just reached a new weight that I hadn’t seen for the first time in a yr. Thank you for getting me “back on track”. I realized after our virtual coaching session that I had let a lot of things slide. I’m feeling excited and so much better following the easy to follow structure. It’s not rigid and the recipes are delish! My new favourite is the slow cooker lasagna.

My body image is changing and cellulite is disappearing even my arms are looking nicer so I along with the NRG virtual classes, I will keep at it because it’s not really about the weight but about feeling good.

My skin looks better too and I have that spark back in my face too!

PS, Last night I cooked spiral butternut squash with lemon garlic rosemary and parmesan chicken…I was in Heaven!!

For over 4 years I have been able to keep off the 90 lbs I lost, until COVID hit. I was no longer working out at the gym, stress was at it’s highest and I feel off track.

I was super excited when the gym opened back up. However, I was having a hard time getting rid of my COVID 10 lb gain. I have found weight loss really hard since my hysterectomy a year ago as well so I thought NRG 4 Life’s “Get on Track” might be what I need.

I love the menu’s Sarah has prepared for me. I am eating all the right foods again. I have found I am actually eating a lot more than I was before. That was probably part of my problem.

I have had one personal training session from Sarah so far and I loved the fact she told me no to an exercise I wanted to do because she said it would decompress my spine too much and what I need is to decompress my spine and she was able to give me other exercises that will give me the same results.

I am thrilled to report after 1 week I lost 1.5 lbs. The program reinforces weight loss is just one measure of success. My increased energy along with balanced moods are other benefits I am enjoying! I just needed to Get Back on Track. Thanks Sarah!!!
