Tanya is a Certified Personal Trainer with CanFitPro, RHN Registered Nutritionist, graduated from the Canadian School of Nutrition Tanya’s passion for health and fitness, coupled with her nutrition background, prompted her to become a personal trainer. She strongly believes in the necessity for an active lifestyle fuelled by balanced nutrition.
Over the years, it has given her great satisfaction to pass along her knowledge and enthusiasm to those wanting to adopt a lifestyle of physical and healthy well-being.
She has a distinct ability to empathize with clients as she too had been overweight and had tried many different diets. Her passion for healthy fitness came about after losing 40lbs through specific whole foods and exercise. She felt great, healthy and eager to learn more. “I was elated to discover the impact on my life from simply changing what I ate and now strive to share my knowledge with others so that they too can realize their respective benefits”.
Tanya aspires to continue to develop people’s understanding of the importance of a healthy lifestyle while helping them achieve their nutrition and fitness goals.
