*Bootcamps are open to members and non-members. These programs are run separately and are not included in memberships. A Bootcamp can be purchased as a stand alone program or in conjunction with a reduced $20/month Gold membership (regularly $79 a month, offer exclusive to Bootcampers).*
These 4-week programs are called Bootcamp, not because they are intimidating but because it’s fast-paced and results driven. You will experience a fun and motivating interval and circuit style workout. Bootcamp is designed to help you reach your goals using a wide variety of cardio and strength training machines, along with ball, band and free weights exercises. The formats focus on cardio, core, lower and upper body training.

Note: Complimentary make-ups may be taken in the form of a class or workout within one month of missed session. Bootcamp is nonrefundable and any missed sessions may not be carried over to following Bootcamp. There is no pro-rating the next Bootcamp for any missed sessions.

I am throughly enjoying Bootcamp. Daniela is an amazing instructor. When I came back I had many reservations: such as COVID, the fact I hadn’t worked out in months except walking, could I do an evening class with my schedule 🙂Daniela, is organized and takes the time to show us proper technique and alternate exercises. I continue to be impressed by NRG overall. The staff at the front desk, the cleaning measure taken, the instructors etc.
