Every individual can benefit from working with a trainer! Personal training is truly an investment in one’s own health and well-being that more and more people are choosing these days. Maximize your time at the gym by working with an NRG 4 Life Trainer. All our trainers are certified through Canfitpro along with other specialties including nutrition, pre-post pregnancy, sports conditioning, coaching and more. RESULTS – Working with a Trainer will allow you to achieve the results that you cannot achieve on your own. Personal Training will keep you motivated to stay on track with your goals with a routine and exercise plan geared specifically to you.

A trainer develops a program that is efficient and allows you to get the most out of the shortest amount of time. Time does not need to be lost at the gym. If you are finding it hard to find time to workout, a trainer will help you to get the most out of your work out and they will teach you how you can do that on your own.

They will provide consistent feedback to help you better yourself and achieve your goals. Most importantly, the trainer is able to do this without making you feel inadequate or judged.

PROPER TECHNIQUE & FORM –  There is no substitute to having a person by your side providing you immediate feedback on form and technique. Our Trainers pay attention, cueing both your mind and your body. This can help you achieve your goals more quickly by making sure you are doing each exercise correctly which in turn help to prevent injury.

INJURY PREVENTION and/or INJURY REHAB – Our Trainers will work with you to prevent injuries in everyday life by helping you increase your balance, flexibility, and core strength. They are able to focus on specific exercises that will benefit you based on your activities of daily living.  If you have suffered an injury, NRG 4 Life trainers are able to work with you and your physiotherapist to safely exercise, keep your range of motion, and get your strength back.

SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING – Are you an athlete? Even a recreational athlete can get better at their sport. Our Trainers know the best exercises to help you develop strength, endurance, speed, and agility for your sport.

Clients training 2 or more sessions per week receive a complimentary Gold membership.

Note: Clients doing 1-on-1 30-minute sessions 2x/week qualify a free gold membership. Those taking part in the 2 or 3 people 30-minute sessions do not qualify.

Personal Training Rates (+HST)

60 minute sessions

1 Session = $79.00
5 Sessions = $349.00
10 Sessions = $649.00

Small Group Training Rates
(per person, Sold in packages of five sessions)

2 people = $37.50/hr
3 people = $35.00/hr
4 people = $32.50/hr
5 people = $30.00/hr
6 people = $28.00/hr

30-minute sessions

Why 30-minute sessions are a great option:

– Great compliment to your own workouts, maximizing your efforts in the gym and/or in classes

– Train with friends or family

– A more economical option

– Offers a solution for busy schedules

If time is of the essence, this is a great option for you! Your body responds to the intensity of the exercise and not necessarily how long you are doing it for. Maximize your exercise efforts with 30-minutes of training.

5 Sessions = $175.00
10 Sessions = $350.00
1 Session = $35.00

My bloodwork used to be in the pre-diabetic stage and upon advice from my physician I was encouraged to start working out. After a retest of my bloodwork, three months after working out at NRG 4 Life Fitness three times a week, I was delighted to receive a call from my GP telling me that I no longer am in the pre-diabetic range and I was told to continue doing what I was doing. I was delighted to receive this news! I never want to be a diabetic. I knew that after my initial first few workouts at your fitness centre that it was something I could sustain. My experience is always enjoyable which is something I honestly never expected. I thought it would be intimidating! I attend classes, do some personal training, and also work on my own. I notice that I have way more strength now, I’m drinking a lot more water naturally, and my eating habits are much better now. Instead of eating one or two bigger meals in a day I wake up wanting to fuel myself with smaller more regular meals. Thank you NRG 4 Life!
