An avid sports fan, Ian channels his love for high-energy action into fun, efficient, uptempo workouts. When his wife became pregnant with their first child, he began specializing in pre- and post-natal fitness.
Determined to help his wife recover happy and healthy from child birth, Ian started researching what she’d be faced with—and was met with some startling facts including the high incidence of incontinence, pelvic-organ prolapse, back pain and pelvic girdle pain.
Now, as a certified abdominal, core, and pelvic floor rehabilitation specialist, Ian is able to help moms navigate their way through fitness before and after birth, be it specialized recovery programs or simply incorporating safe, effective exercises into their regular training goals.
